Abstract
Jelen tanulmány az alaptudományok és a közlekedéstudomány kapcsolatainak és kölcsönhatásainak fő motívumaiból kiindulva, a társadalomtudományok szerepét, valamint a természettudományokkal és a közlekedéstudománnyal való összefüggéseit átfogóan vizsgálja. A tudomány és a társadalmi haladás kölcsönhatásainak irányai, a közlekedéstudomány fejlesztésének szükségessége, e tudományterület művelőinek felelőssége. | This introductory study analyzes the role of the social sciences, their relations to the natural sciences and to the science of transport, in a comprehensive manner, startingout from the principal motives of the interrelations between the basic science and transport. It points out the trends of the reciprocal actions of the scientific and social evolutions, the necessities of the development of the science of transport, and the responsibility of the scientist working in this field of science.
