Abstract

A 21. századi hallgatói és munkaerőpiaci elvárások a felsőoktatás változásátigénylik, ebben a folyamatban az oktatók szerepének, tevékenységének ésmódszertani készségeinek is változnia kell. Fejlesztésükhöz az egyetemekmódszertani támogató központokat hoztak létre, amelyek a felsőoktatás-pedagógiaikutatás mellett a tananyagfejlesztést, a belső képzést is ellátják. Atanulmányban a külföldi topegyetemek gyakorlatának elemzése nyomán kialakítottszempontokat vizsgáljuk a hazai központokban. Interjús megkereséssel tártuk fela hazai központok tapasztalatait, a működtetés nehézségeit és kihívásaitösszevetve a külföldi egyetemek gyakorlataival. | Expectations of students and the labour market in the 21st century require a change in higher education, in which the role, activities, and methodological skills of university lecturers must also change. To this end, universities have established teaching and learning centres, which, in addition to research in higher education pedagogy, also provide curriculum development and training for teachers. This study examines the operation of centres in Hungary based on an analysis of the practices of top universities, using interviews to explore the experiences, difficulties and challenges of centres compared to the practices of foreign universities.
