Abstract
Artificial intelligence is widely regarded as one of the most significant advancements in modern technology. It represents the culmination of decades of human effort and investment aimed at developing an artificial mind capable of thinking alongside, assisting and in some cases, replacing human capabilities. This move has influenced the current legal system, which some believe is inadequate to address the legal issues that artificial intelligence may present, prompting the need for legal institutions to adapt to this technology. Conversely, some individuals are apprehensive about this progression and advocate for the application of current regulations with minimal adjustments, without delving into the process of developing new regulations that could result in substantial alterations and modifications to the existing framework, potentially reshaping the entire legal rationale.
