Abstract
The Mössbauer study of iron dioxime mixed complexes formed with monodentate nitrogen bases and molecular orbital calculations based upon experim ental parameters was used for the determination of the effect of the ligand exchange on the electronic structure, i.e. upon the population of a-and л-orbitals, and the effective charge of the iron central atom.
