Abstract

Apja halálát követően Dósa Elek lett a marosvásárhelyi kollégium jogi tanára. Az oktatói feladatokra való felkészülés keretében fél évet töltött azzal, hogy felkeresse a legfontosabb német egyetemeket, professzorokat, és megismerje a kortárs jogtudomány legfontosabb irányzatait. A nemrég előkerült útinapló tanúsága szerint Dósa számos egyetemen látogatást tett, és a korszak meghatározó gondolkodói közül számossal személyesen is találkozott. Az út jelentős hatást gyakorolt az erdélyi jogtudósra. A tanulmány célja az, hogy számba vegye azokat a fontosabb tudósokat és különösen jogtudósokat, akikkel Dósa személyesen is találkozott. | After the death of his father, Elek Dósa became a law teacher at the College of Reformed Church in Marosvásárhely (Târgu Mures). As part of the preparation for his future role as teacher of legal studies, he spent half a year visiting the most important German universities and professors and learning about the most important contemporary trends in jurisprudence. According to a recently discovered travel diary, Dósa visited several universities and met many of the leading thinkers of the time. The trip had a significant impact on the Transylvanian jurist. The aim of this study is to take stock of the important scholars, and especially legal scholars, whom Dósa met in person.
