Abstract

A tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa Dósa Elek (1803–1867) erdélyi jogtudós kéziratait a Kolozsvári Lucian Blaga Központi Egyetemi Könyvtár gyűjteményéből. A 35 kéziratot számláló gyűjtemény főleg magyar és latin nyelvű eredeti és pár másolati kéziratot tartalmaz. A dokumentumok nagy része kéziratban maradt. A Dósa Elek 220. születésnapja tiszteletére Budapesten rendezett tudományos konferencia alkalmat adott a gyűjteményünkben található kéziratok részletesebb számbavételére, amelyek között a szerző munkáinak legreprezentatívabb műveit is megtaláljuk. A tanulmány a gyűjteményünkben őrzött Dósa-kéziratok katalógusát is tartalmazza. | The purpose of this study is to present the manuscripts of Transylvanian jurist Elek Dósa (1803–1867) housed at the “Lucian Blaga” Central University Library in Kolozsvár. The 35 manuscripts, both original and copies, are largely written in Hungarian and Latin. His writings were mostly unpublished throughout his lifetime. A scientific symposium held on the 220th anniversary of Elek Dósa’s birth at Budapest, afforded an opportunity to assess these manuscripts, which include Dósa Elek’s most representative works. The study comprises a catalog of Dósa manuscripts included in our collection.
