Abstract

A nemzetközi rendszer stabilitását fenyegető világméretű trendek időről időre nehezen kezelhető regionális vagy helyi válsággócok kialakulásához vezetnek. A biztonsági környezet kedvezőtlen változására a legtöbb ország a védelmi és ellenálló képességének erősítésével reagál. Magyarország környezetében az elmúlt időszakban több olyan esemény is bekövetkezett, amelyek a koordinált, teljes körű, de egyben rugalmas védelmi tervezés felépítését indokolják. Ennek fő felelőse a 2022-ben központi hivatalként megalakult és a Miniszterelnöki Kabinetiroda alá tartozó Védelmi Igazgatási Hivatal, amelynek főigazgató-helyettese, Lakatos Tibor r. dandártábornok beszélt a szervezetről és a legfontosabb feladataikról. | Global trends that threaten the stability of the international system lead from time to time to regional or local crisis that are difficult to manage. Most of the countries respond to the unfavorable changes of the security environment by strengthening their defense and resilience capabilities. Several events have occurred in Hungary's security environment in the past period which justify the construction of coordinated, comprehensive, but at the same time flexible defense planning. The main responsible for this is the Defense Administration Office, which was established as a central office in 2022 and belongs to the Cabinet Office of the Prime Minister. The deputy director-general, Tibor Lakatos police brigadier general spoke about the office and their most important tasks.
