Abstract

Kutatásomban a baranyai hivatalnokok életútjait vizsgálom az 1832-1849 közötti időszakban a vármegyei tisztikar központi hivatalait állítva fókuszba. Feltérképezem a baranyai karrierutakat, hogy bepillantást nyerhessünk a különböző ágensek, vagy akár családok hivatalviselési stratégiáiba, hiszen a tisztségek egyéni vizsgálata után válnak átláthatóvá a hivatalvállalási útvonalak. Ezen adatokból állítok fel egy mintát, mellyel a vármegyei hierarchiában való előrelépés irányait és stratégiáit mutatom be. Munkámban statisztikai eredmények segítségével releváns következtetéseket fogalmazok meg a reformkori baranyai hivatali elitről, a vármegyei közigazgatást vezető csoportokról. Úgy gondolom, az egyéni karrierutakban történő mélyfúrás és a hivatalviselési stratégiák meghatározásának eredményeképpen merőben átalakul a Baranya vármegyéről eddig alkotott képünk, és olyan tendenciák válnak felismerhetővé, amelyek a vármegye helyi viszonyain túli következtetések levonására is alkalmasak lehetnek. | The main topic of my research was the career paths of selected county officials in Baranya County, during the period of 1832-1849. Focusing on the central administration of the body of county officials and exploring the career paths in Baranya county, this paper gives insight into the office-holding strategies of families and other entities, claiming that the career paths can be understood by revealing the history of individual office positions. The data patterns define the typical career-building strategies and directions at the hierarchy of the county administration. Based on statistics, significant conclusions can be drawn about the administrative elites of Baranya County during the period of the Hungarian Reform Era. By defining the office-holding strategies and providing in-depth information on the individual career paths, this new research induces fundamental changes in our knowledge on the history of Baranya County, making recognizable certain tendencies that can lead to further conclusions, valid beyond local conditions as well.
