Abstract

Az alvás során jelentkező, ébrenlétre jellemző, nemkívánatos, potenciálisan sérülésveszéllyel járó komplex mozgásos vagy hangadással járó jelenségek a paraszomniák, melyek mind a lassú hullámú alvásból, mind az álmodással járó, úgynevezett REM-fázisokból eredhetnek. Az álomtartalmak mozgásos megjelenítése kórképre jellemző, hogy a katonák körében nagyobb gyakorisággal fordul elő poszttraumásstressz-zavarban, illetve a főként idősebb férfiakat érintő kórképben, a REM-magatartászavarban. A jelenséghez kapcsolódóan a közelmúltban egy új kórképet, a traumaasszociált alvászavart is leírták, mely szintén gyakrabban kapcsolódik a veterán katonákhoz. A jelenség hátterében álló megbetegedések kezelése, kórjóslata eltérő, emiatt szükséges a korrekt diagnózis, mely alvásdiagnosztikai komplex kivizsgáláson alapul. A cikk az álomtartalom mozgásos megjelenítése mögött álló kórképek elkülönítését foglalja össze. = Parasomnias are unwanted complex movements or sound-related phenomena that potentially carry the danger of causing injury, occur during sleep, and can result from both slow-wave sleep and REM phases. The dream enactment behaviour is characteristic of the post-traumatic stress disorder, which occurs more frequently among soldiers and can be a sign of REM behaviour disorder, which mainly affects older men. In connection with this phenomenon, a new syndrome, trauma-associated sleep disorder, was recently described, which is also more often associated with veteran soldiers. The treatment and prognosis of the diseases behind this phenomenon are different, which is the reason why a correct diagnosis based on a complex sleep diagnostic examination is necessary. In the present study, we summarize the isolation of the pathologies behind dream enactment behaviour.
