Abstract

A bal kamrai nonkompaktáció (LVNC) az új európai cardiomyopathia-irányelvben leírtak szerint a továbbiakban már nem sorolható a cardiomyopathiák közé. Jelen írás egy LVNC-vel diagnosztizált betegpopuláció adatait felhasználva a myocardium ezen jellegzetes morfológiai eltérésének fizikai és klinikai hátterét kíséreli meg körbejárni, emellett – tekintettel a válaszok hiányára – kérdéseket fogalmaz meg az érintett betegek jövőbeni ellátásával kapcsolatban. | According to the new European cardiomyopathy guideline, the left ventricular non-compaction (LVNC) is no longer classified as one of the cardiomyopathies. Based on the clinical data of a patient population diagnosed with LVNC, present writing tries to clarify the physical and clinical background of this pronounced morphological alteration of myocardium, plus considering the lack of the answers, several questions are asked regarding the future clinical care of the affected patients.
