Abstract

Jelen cikk egy valós CT felvételről készített állkapocs és csontfogak kapcsolatának szilárdságtani viselkedésének vizsgálatáról szól. A kutatás egy visszamodellezéssel indult, mely a fogak állkapocsba való beépülésének reprodukálására összpontosított a későbbi számítógépes szimulációkhoz. Ez az eljárás mechanikai CAD-rendszerbe szkennelt 3D adatok felhasználásával történt. A kezdeti tesszallált geometriai modellek a visszamodellezést követően szimulációs vizsgálatoknak lettek alávetve. A különböző rétegekre bontott 3D modell szilárd részei lehetőséget biztosítottak arra, hogy a végeselemes analízis során különböző anyagtulajdonságokat alkalmazzunk ezekben a régiókban. | This paper is about the investigation of the strength behaviour of the jaw-bone tooth contact from a real CT image. The research started with a back-modelling process focused on the reproduction of the integration of teeth in the jaw for subsequent computer simulations. This was done using 3D data scanned into a mechanical CAD system. The initial tessellated geometric models were subjected to simulation studies after back-modelling. The solid 3D geometry was divided into multiple layers, providing the possibility of using different material properties for each layer. Therefore, during the FEA calculations, it can be taken into consideration.
