Abstract

A Kadarka szőlőfajta nehezen termeszthető. A hímnős virágai ivarilag leromlottak, gyakori jelenség a rúgós fürt. A Nemes Kadarka nagy, tömött fürtje megnövelte a vékony bogyóhéjú fajta rothadási hajlamát. Ezen kívül a fürtök színanyag tartalma is csökkent, egy részük éréskor is zölden marad. Szerbiában évek óta alkalmazzák a hajtások leveleinek teljes eltávolítást virágzás idejében. Hatására a fürtlazább, a bogyók héja pedig vastagabb és jobban színeződő lesz. 2024. június 13-án megismételtük ezt a lelevelezési módszert Kecskeméten. A kezelés hatására a fürtök egészségesebbek lettek. A termés minősége javult a kontrollhoz képest. | The Kadarka grape variety is difficult to grow. The hermaphrodite flowers are sexually degraded, bad berry setting is a common phenomenon. The large, dense cluster of Noble Kadarka increased the tendency of the thin-skinned variety to rot. In addition, the color content of the clusters has also decreased, some of them remain green even when ripe. In Serbia, the complete removal of the leaves of the shoots during flowering has been used for many years. As a result, the clusters will be looser, and the skin of the berries will be thicker and better colored. On June 13, 2024, we repeated this method in Kecskemét. As a result of the treatment, the clusters became healthier. The quality of the crop improved compared to the control.
