Abstract

A munkánkban azt vizsgáltuk, hogy a 2014-2020-as programozási időszakban megjelent beruházási (pl. mezőgazdasági digitális átálláshoz kapcsolódó precíziós fejlesztések támogatása, állattartó telepek megújításának/fejlesztésének támogatása, terménytároló, szárítók és tisztítók fejlesztésének támogatása stb.) pályázatok megvalósítását, fenntartását milyen külső tényezők befolyásolták, amelyek ellen a pályázó nem tudott mit tenni, illetve azok, amelyek a projekt megvalósítását kedvezőtlenül befolyásolhatták/befolyásolhatják. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy minden nehezítő körülménytől eltekintve a vizsgált ciklusban a beruházási pályázatok sok gazdaság fejlődéséhez tudtak hozzájárulni még akkor is, ha nem minden tervezett tételt tudtak megvalósítani a megkérdezettek. | In our work, we examined how the implementation and maintenance of the investment proposals published in the 2014-2020 programming period (e.g. support for precision developments related to the agricultural digital transition, support for the renewal/development of livestock farms, support for the development of crop storage, dryers and cleaners, etc.) was influenced by factors against which the applicant could not do anything, as well as by factors that could adversely affect the implementation of the project. The results show that apart from any aggravating circumstances, the investment proposals in the examined cycle were able to contribute to the development of many economies, even if the respondents were not able to implement all the planned items.
