Abstract

A tanulmány a 2022. február 24-én kitört orosz–ukrán háború Szerbiára gyakorolt hatásait vizsgálja. A szerb nemzeti biztonsági stratégia, illetve külpolitika alapelveinek rövid bemutatása után rátér Szerbia Oroszországgal és Ukrajnával való viszonyára, de érinti az ország Európai Unióval, illetve Amerikai Egyesült Államokkal kialakított kapcsolatait is. Ezek áttekintése után a háborúra adott reakció, illetve a lakosság álláspontja következik. Külön fejezet szól a szerb biztonságpolitika alakulásáról, illetve a 2023-as év koszovói zavargásairól. A tanulmány összegzéssel zárul, amely röviden összefoglalja a szerb kül- és biztonságpolitika legfontosabb lépéseit, valamint a tanulmány főbb következtetéseit. | The study aims to present how the war in Ukraine unleashed in 24th February 2022 affects the Serbian foreign and security policy. It starts with an introduction to Serbia’s national security strategy and it describes the principles of Serbian foreign policy. The next chapter reveals Serbia’s relations with both Russia and Ukraine, and it also concerns the country’s relations with the European Union and the United States. After that, it presents Serbia’s actions after the outbreak of the war and the people of Serbian’s views on the war. There is a chapter on how national security strategy evolved due to the conflict in Ukraine. In this context, tensions and conflicts in Kosovo are mentioned and how the war in Ukraine and the conflict in Kosovo affects the Serbian security policy. The article ends with a summary of Serbia’s most important measures in the field of foreign and national security policy, and the main conclusions of the study.
