Abstract

A technika fejlődése egyre bonyolultabb rendszerek létrehozását igényli. E bonyolult rendszerekben keletkező hibák óriási anyagi kárt okozhatnak, sok ember életét veszélyeztethetik. Ezért már a XX. században felmerült a hiba-okok módszeres vizsgálatának és elhárításának igénye, amely a megbízhatóság-elmélet, mint komplex tudományág, fejlődéséhez vezetett. A cikk áttekinti a megbízhatóság-elmélet ipari alkalmazásának változásait a múlt század 80-as éveitől a XXI. század elejéig, konkrét kutatási munkák tapasztalatai alapján. | The development of technology requires the creation of increasingly complex systems. Errors in these complex systems can cause enormous financial damage and endanger the lives of many people. That's why in the 20th century, the need to systematically investigate and eliminate the causes of errors arose, which led to the development of reliability theory as a complex discipline. The article reviews the changes in the industrial application of reliability theory from the 80s of the last century until the beginning of the 21st century, based on the experiences of specific research works.
