Abstract

A Magyar Honvédség logisztikai rendszere – ahogy maga a Magyar Honvédség is – az átalakulás idejét éli. A változás a képességek minden aspektusában – humán erőforrás, kiképzés, haditechnika, infrastruktúra, doktrinális háttér, interoperabilitás – új irányokat jelöl ki, melyekhez kapcsolható követelményeknek meg kell felelni nemzeti és szövetségi szempontból is. A szomszédunkban dúló háború tapasztalatai ismételten előtérbe hozták a honvédség és a társadalom/gazdaság kapcsolati viszonyrendszerének vizsgálatát, az összkormányzati látásmód szükségességét. Jelen cikk nem vállalkozik a teljességre (inkább csak pillanatkép), de megpróbálja azokat az összefüggéseket, tapasztalatokat, fő területi fejlesztéseket bemutatni, melyek a közeljövőben alakítani fogják a magyar haderőt, a katonai logisztikai rendszert. | The logistical system of the Hungarian Defence Forces - like the Hungarian Defence Forces itself - is going through a period of transformation. The change in all aspects of capabilities - human resources, training, military technology, infrastructure, doctrinal background, interoperability - sets new directions, with requirements to be met from both national and alliance perspectives. The experience of the war in our neighbourhood has brought to the fore once again the need to examine the relationship between the defence and the social/economic spheres and the need for a whole-of-government vision. The present article does not attempt to be exhaustive (rather a snapshot), but it tries to present the interrelationships, experiences and main territorial developments that will shape the Hungarian armed forces and military logistics system in the near future.
