Abstract

A centrifugális kompresszorok csak üzemidejük töredékében működhetnek optimális körülmények között, emiatt mindenképpen indokolt azok instabil üzemállapotainak vizsgálata. A határréteg elszívása vagy elvezetése, valamint a turbulens határréteg lefúvásamár több évtizede alkalmazott, kipróbált technológiának számít a repülésben és más, áramlástechnikai gépeket alkalmazó iparágban. A határréteg turbulenssé tétele az abban megvalósított impulzuscsere által azonban összetettebb folyamat, amely az új áramlástani szimulációs eszközök segítségével jól megfigyelhetővé, illetve számíthatóvá vált. Jelen tanulmányban egy új pompázsvédelmi rendszer numerikus áramlástani szimulációs módszerekkel történő vizsgálatának eredményeit publikálják a szerzők. | Centrifugal compressors could operate at optimal circumstances in only a period of time, that is why it is very important to examine their unstable working regime. Boundary layer handling techniques like bleed air systems or blowing devices are widely used for decades in the aerospace industry and partly at turbomachines also. The third option of boundary layer control, namely the transformation of the laminar stream into turbulent flow by increasing the impulse change near the wall is a radically new idea and it has existed only in elementary considerations, because it is a very complex problem and it could not be examined by traditional equipments. Thanks to the ever-developing computer added simulation techniques in fluid dynamics these previously unmapped phenomenons became visible and observable. In this article there can be found the results of such a numerical investigation.
