Abstract
Is the idea of introducing online courts merely a set of utopian theses or can it have realistic chances and benefits in the light of Hungarian litigation traditions? On what basis can the applicability and compatibility with our procedural rules be assessed? The aim of this thesis is to present the online courts and their previous regulation and to analyse the applicability of the procedural order through the yardstick of the right to a fair trial.
