Abstract

Tanulmányom középpontjában az áll, hogy az atomhatalmak által használt nukleáris retorika milyen meghatározó szerepet játszik az orosz–ukrán háború alakulásában, és milyen hatékony eszkalációs és deeszkalációs eszközként szolgál a szóbeli kommunikáció során. A hipotézis alapján azt feltételezzük, hogy a nukleáris fenyegetés mögötti szóbeli megnyilvánulások, tárgyalások és nyilatkozatok közvetlen hatással vannak a nemzetközi kapcsolatok stabilitására és a konfliktusok kimenetelére.A tanulmány hangsúlyozza és elemezi az egyes atomhatalmak által alkalmazott nukleáris retorikai stratégiákat, és ezeket összeveti a konfliktusok időbeli alakulásával. A tanulmány azt a célt szolgálja, hogy mélyebb megértést nyújtson a nukleáris retorika szerepéről a konfliktus dinamikájában és hozzájáruljon a szóbeli kommunikáció hatásának és mechanizmusainak feltárásához a nukleáris fenyegetés kontextusában. | This study focuses on the pivotal role of nuclear rhetoric employed by nuclear powers in shaping the course of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and its effectiveness as a tool of escalation and de-escalation in verbal communication. Based on the hypothesis, we assume that verbal expressions, negotiations, and statements underlying nuclear threats directly impact the stability of international relations and the outcomes of conflicts. The study highlights and analyses the nuclear rhetorical strategies employed by individual nuclear powers and juxtaposes them with the temporal evolution of conflicts. Its goal is to provide deeper insights into the role of nuclear rhetoric in the dynamics of conflict and contribute to uncovering the effects and mechanisms of verbal communication in the context of nuclear threats.
