Abstract

A megosztott mobilitási szolgáltatások bár hatékonyan ötvözik az egyéni mobilitás előnyeit a járműtulajdonlás nehézségei nélkül, részarányuk (modal split) alacsony a teljes közlekedésen belül. Kutatásunk során célunk feltárni a megosztott mobilitási szolgáltatások használati szokásai és az általános közlekedési szokások, valamint a személyes jellemzők közötti kapcsolatot. Az elemzés alapját egy, a roller-, kerékpár- és autómegosztó szolgáltatások használatát felmérő nagy mintaszámú, a budapesti lakosság alap szociodemográfiai jellemzőire reprezentatív kérdőív adta. Az elemzés főbb megállapításai, hogy a megosztott szolgáltatásokat alapvetően a fiatalabb generáció, a magasabb végzettséggel és havi jövedelemmel rendelkezők veszik igénybe. Az aktív felhasználók többsége két megosztott szolgáltatástípust is használ, de ritka az, aki mindhármat. Kutatásunk megerősítette, hogy a lakóhelyen elérhető szolgáltatások alapvetően befolyásolják a használatgyakoriságát. A kutatás egy négyéves OTKA projekt része, aminek előnye, hogy közlekedésmérnöki szempontok mellett nagy hangsúlyt kap a szociológiai/szociálpszichológiai szempontú elemzés a megosztott szolgáltatások használatát ösztönző tényezők feltárásában és módszerek kidolgozásában, amelyhez a cikkben bemutatott kérdőíves kutatás értékes bemeneti adatokat nyújt. | Shared mobility services efficiently combine the benefits of private mobility without the burdens of vehicle ownership. However, their share in the overall modal split remains low. Our research aims to reveal the relationship between the usage patterns of shared mobility services, general transportation habits, and personal characteristics. The analysis is based on a large-scale questionnaire survey assessing the use of scooter-, bike-, and car-sharing services. The survey was conducted in Budapest among licensed drivers, and it is representative of basic sociodemographic characteristics. The key findings of the analysis indicate that shared mobility services are primarily used by younger generations, individuals with higher education levels, and those with higher monthly incomes. Mostly, active users have access to at least two types of shared services, but it is rare for someone to use all shared mobility services. Furthermore, we found that the availability of the services in the respondents’ residential area influences the usage frequency. This research is part of a four-year OTKA project, which, besides transportation engineering aspects, highly considers sociological/sociopsychological aspects to reveal key factors that encourage the use of shared mobility services and to develop methods for their promotion. The survey presented in this article provides input data for this purpose.
