Abstract

Az otthoni parenterális táplálás (OPT) teljes vagy részleges tápanyagpótlás céljából alkalmazott intravénás táplálást jelent, ion- és folyadékbevitel biztosítása centrális vénás katéteren keresztül, családi körülmények között. E közleményben összefoglalom a gyermekek otthoni parenterális táplálásával kapcsolatos ismereteinket. Felsorolom a Magyarországon általunk otthon infundált betegek kórisméit, e kezelés szövődményeit és eredményeit. Részletezem az ilyen jellegű infúziós kezelés feltételeit, a szülők és a hátteret biztosító kórházi osztály feladatait, a nehézségeket, a már megoldott és megoldandó feladatokat. Összességében ez egy ritkán, de egyre kiterjedtebben alkalmazott terápiás módszer, amelynek segítségével olyan pácienseket tudunk meggyógyítani vagy számukra éveken át jó életminőséget biztosítani, akiknek korábban hónapokon, éveken át kórházban kellett feküdniük. | Home parenteral nutrition (HPN) is the provision of long-term infusion treatment in a family setting. In this paper, I summarize our knowledge of home parenteral nutrition for children. I list the diagnoses of patients infused at home in Hungary, the complications and results of this treatment. I detail the conditions for this type of infusion treatment, the tasks of parents and the hospital department providing the background, the difficulties, the tasks that have already been solved and those that need to be solved. Overall, this is a rarely but increasingly widely used therapeutic method, with the help of which we can cure patients or ensure a good quality of life for years, who previously had to stay in hospital for months or years.
