Abstract

Egy üveg borral szemléltetni lehet a szőlőtermeléstől a bor forgalomba hozataláig tartó folyamat összetett jogi szabályozását, az uniós agrárpolitikát, a szőlőtermesztésre vonatkozó rendelkezéseket és a szellemi tulajdonvédelem jelentőségét. Amikor kiválasztunk egy üveg bort, nem is gondolunk a szőlőtermesztés bonyolult szabályozására, a szaporító-anyagok előállítására, a szőlőtelepítésre és a bor készítésére. A borágazat jövőbeni sikerét meghatározza a vírusmentes, minősített szőlő szaporítóanyag előállítása és felhasználása. A borászati termékek sajátossága kifejeződik abban is, hogy a bor mezőgazdasági termék, jövedéki termék, élelmiszer és gasztronómiai jelentőségénél fogva a kultúránkat megtestesítő termék. | A bottle of Wine can be used to illustrate the complex legal regulations governing the process from grape vine production to the wine’s issue into the market, EU agricultural policy, viticulture regulations and the importance of the intellectual property protection. When we choose a bottle of wine we don’t even think about the complicated regulations governing grape cultivation, propagating material production, viticulture and winemaking. The future success of the wine industry will be determined by the production and use of the virus-free, certified grape propagating material. The uniqueness of wine products is also reflected in the fact that the Wine is an agricultural product, a product subject to excise duty and a product thet embodies our culture due to its nutritional and gastronomic significance.
