Abstract

A 33 éves nő két olyan betegség miatt járt rendszeresen szakambulanciára, amelyek fogyáshoz is vezethetnek, de mindkét betegsége megfelelően kezeltnek látszott. A szerzők a kivizsgálás buktatóira és a tünetek újraértékelésének fontosságára hívják fel a figyelmet, de egyben bemutatják a refrakter coeliakia diagnosztikájának nehézségeit is. | The 33-year-old woman regularly visited specialist clinics for two diseases that can also lead to weight loss, but both diseases seemed to be adequately treated. The authors highlight the pitfalls of the diagnostic work-up and the importance of re-evaluating symptoms as well as the difficulties of diagnosing refractory celiac disease.
