Abstract

Az 1956. november 4–11 közötti napokban a baranyai Komló és Kisbattyán települések közelében a Jánosi-pusztai vadászház bázisként szolgált egy névtelen ellenálló csoport számára. Czuczor Ferenccel végzett kutatásunk nyomán kiderült, hogy az ottani szabadságharcosok megszervezésében két egykori cserkészvezető – név szerint Harcos Ottó és Krassói Ferenc – is jelentős szerepet vállalt.Az itt közzétett interjúban az utóbbi személy, Krassói Ferenc (1912–1981) tanár és cserkészvezető karaktere elevenedik meg. A közlemény a pécsi ellenálló csoport eddig egy ismeretlen szervezőjének életútjába enged betekintést. Egészen a gyermekkortól kezdődően, a cserkészetben való tevékenységen át, az 1945-öt követő koncepciós perben való elítéléséről és az 1956-os szerepvállalásáról is értékes információk olvashatók. Krassói Ferenc életére rányomta a bélyegét a második világháborút követő átmeneti, majd szocialista időszak. Többek között a cserkészet betiltása, a meghurcoltatás is szerepet játszott az 1956-os szerepvállalásában. Az interjúban említett ismerősök és Krassói hozzájuk való viszonyából megcsillannak azok a motiváló tényezők, melyek a mecseki ellenállásban való részvételéhez vezették őt és feltehetően a pécsi polgári körök további tagjait. | Between November 4 and 11, 1956, the hunting lodge at Jánosi-puszta, near the settlements of Komló and Kisbattyán in Baranya County, served as a base for an anonymous resistance group. The research in collaboration with Ferenc Czuczor revealed that two former scout leaders, Ottó Harcos and Ferenc Krassói, played a significant role in organizing the freedom fighters in the area.” In this present interview, the character of Ferenc Krassói (1912–1981), a teacher and scout leader, comes to life. The publication presents biographical facts of the previously unknown organizer of the Pécs resistance group. It offers valuable information about his childhood, activities in scouting, conviction in the show trial after 1945, and his role in 1956. The life of Ferenc Krassói was heavily influenced by the transitional period following World War II and the subsequent socialist era. Among other factors, the banning of scout movement and his persecution played a role in his participation in the 1956 revolution. The acquaintances mentioned in the interview and Krassói’s relationship with them reveal the motivating factors that led him to participate in the Mecsek resistance and likely influenced other members of the Pécs civil circles as well.
