Abstract
The issue of cyberbullying has been a recent topic in Poland. Many attempts were made to tackle this problem. The approach may wary as many try to find a solution such as the field of education, psychology or the legislation. This article aims to introduce the reader to the regulatory issues of hate speech and cyberbullying in Poland.
