Abstract

Gymnophthalmus underwoodi Grant, 1958, a non-native tegu that has been expected for some time to possibly occur in Anguilla, is formally recorded as present on the island based on a female recently collected from a pitfall trap, deposited in the collection of the Anguilla National Trust.
