Abstract
The untitled fragmentary manuscript of a multilingual dictionary in Manchu, Chinese, Mongolian and Oirad is kept at the Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Budapest, under shelf number Mong. 91. In its incomplete state, the Ms. offers a rare glimpse into a work in progress. The paper discusses the origin of its lexicon, pecularities of the page layout and sequence of lemmata, as well as the potential authorship.
