Abstract

A tanulmány egyedülálló életút és szakmai teljesítmény bemutatásán keresztül ad átfogó képet Fenyvesi Csaba professzor úr munkásságáról, aki a bűnüldözés gyakorlati tapasztalatait és a kriminalisztika tudományos eredményeit ötvözi. Az interjú során professzor úr beszél pályaválasztásának fordulópontjairól, kiemelkedő tudományos eredményeiről – többek között a kriminalisztikai piramis modellről, a kriminalisztika alapelveinek bővítéséről, illetve a védőügyvéd és a felismerési kísérlet magyarországi jelentőségéről. Professzor úr nagy hangsúlyt fektet az oktatói ars poeticára, amelyet a TUSZEHURE (Tudás, Szeretet, Humor, Rend) elvével ír le, és reflektál arra is, hogyan alakította a kriminalisztika tudományterülete szemléletét és oktatási gyakorlatát a kontinentális és angolszász megközelítések vonatkozásában. Az interjú kiemeli a gyakorlati tapasztalatok, a vizuális és interaktív oktatási módszerek, valamint a közéleti kommunikáció szerepét a kriminalisztika népszerűsítésében és megújításában. Professzor úr zárásként tanácsot ad a jövő kriminalisztikai kutatóinak, hangsúlyozva a releváns adatok és a folyamatos fejlődés fontosságát. Professzor úrral Szabó Csaba főszerkesztő-helyettes úr beszélgetett. | Through presenting a unique life path and professional achievements, this study offers a comprehensive overview of the work of Professor Csaba Fenyvesi, who combines practical experience in law enforcement with scientific results in criminalistics. In the interview, Professor Fenyvesi discusses the turning points of his career and his outstanding scientific contributions—including the criminalistics pyramid model, the expansion of the fundamental principles of criminalistics, as well as the significance of defense attorneys and identification procedures in Hungary. He places great emphasis on his teaching philosophy, which he describes with the TUSZEHURE principle (Knowledge, Love, Humor, Order), and also reflects on how the perspectives and educational practices of criminalistics have been shaped by the convergence of continental and Anglo-Saxon approaches. The interview highlights the role of practical experience, visual and interactive teaching methods, and public communication in popularizing and renewing criminalistics. In closing, Professor Fenyvesi offers advice to future researchers in criminalistics, emphasizing the importance of relevant data and continuous development. The professor spoke with Csaba Szabó, deputy editor-in-chief.
