Abstract
Dental education has undergone remarkable transformations over the centuries, with one of the most significant advancements being the development of dental simulators. These devices have allowed students to practice procedures before working on actual patients, improving skill acquisition and reducing risks. The history of dental simulators can be traced from rudimentary manikins used in the late 19th century to today’s highly sophisticated digital and haptic-based dental simulators.
