Abstract
Cobalt is widely found in the Earth’s crust, typically in combination with other minerals and in natural water sources. It ranks as the 32nd most abundant element in the Earth’s crust and is present in the sun, soil, and within the bodies of plants and animals. Cobalt plays a significant role in both medicinal and dental applications.
