Abstract

A tanulmány célja, hogy a Lelkipásztor folyóirat tematikus számában a diakóniával kapcsolatos tanulmányokhoz teológiai felütést adjon. Az ikon elemzésétől kiindulva, teológiai mozaikokon keresztül jutunk el a Magyarországi Evangélikus Egyház diakóniai stratégiájához, vagyis a jelen és a jövő kihívásaihoz. A tanulmány külön hangsúlyt szentel az Apostolok cselekedetei könyve 6. fejezetének első hét versére, amelynek elemzése szorosan kapcsolódok a diakóniai ikonról leírt gondolatokhoz. Rövid történeti összegfoglaló után, a tanulmány a 20. századi magyar evangélikus diakónia egyháztörténeti hátterét mutatja be. A tanulmány végül az elmúlt harmincöt év intézményi fejlődésére fókuszál, és felhívja a figyelmet a szükséges teológiai eszmélés irányaira. | The aim of this paper is to provide a theological background to the studies on diaconia in the thematic issue of Lelkipásztor. Starting from the analysis of the icon, the theological mosaics lead to the Diaconal Strategy of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hungary, i.e. the challenges of the present and the future. Special focus is given to the first seven verses of Acts 6, whose analysis is closely related to the reflections on the diaconal icon. After a brief summary of the history of diaconia, the study presents the church-historical background of twentiethcentury Hungarian Lutheran diaconia. The study finally focuses on the institutional development of the last thirty-five years and draws attention to the directions of the necessary theological reflection.
