Abstract

Sérültek ellátása során fontos a sérülések részletes leírása, mert a rendőrség vagy a bíróság akár a betegellátás után hónapokkal vagy évekkel később kérheti látlelet kiállítását az ambuláns lap alapján. A sérülések morfológiai jellegű rögzítése mellett a diagnózisok latin és magyar nyelvű megnevezése és a sérülés gyógytartamának feltüntetése is elvárás. Az orvostanhallgatók az Igazságügyi orvostan című tárgy óráin sajátítják el a látlelet kiállításának készségét. Jelen tanulmány célja a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Általános Orvostudományi Karának 4. évfolyamos hallgatói által és a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Klinikai Központ Sürgősségi Betegellátó Osztályának gyakorló orvosai által készített sérülésleírások terminológiai elemzése és az eredmények összehasonlítása. | In the care of injured individuals, providing a detailed description of injuries is crucial, as the police or the court may request the issuance of a medical report based on the outpatient records months or even years after the patient’s treatment. In addition to recording the morphological characteristics of injuries, it is also required to include the diagnoses in both Latin and Hungarian and indicate the estimated healing time of the injury. Medical students acquire the skill of issuing medical reports during the course Forensic Medicine. The aim of this study is to conduct a terminological analysis of injury descriptions prepared by fourth-year students of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Pécs and by practicing physicians at the Emergency Department of the Clinical Center, University of Pécs, and to compare the findings.
