Abstract

Az Izraeli Polgári Légiközlekedési Hatóság által a Hermes 900 Starliner pilóta nélküli légijármű rendszer (UAS) számára kiadott típusalkalmassági tanúsítvány birtokában a világon elsőként Izrael légterében közlekedhet térben és időben egy ellenőrzött légtéren belül hagyományos légijármű és drón. Jelen tanulmányban az idáig vezető folyamatok bemutatására és elemzésére kerül sor azzal a céllal, hogy érdemben elősegítse a pilóta nélküli állami légijárművek magyar légtérbe történő integrációjával összefüggő neuralgikus pontok beazonosítását, valamint az azok felszámolásához szükséges javaslatok előkészítését. | For the first time ever, the Civil Aviation Authority of the State of Israel has issued a type certification for Hermes 900 Starliner, an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) approving it to fly in a controlled airspace without any drone-specific restriction. This study aims to present and analyze the events leading to this milestone in order to identify the neuralgic points related to the integration of state UAS into Hungarian airspace structure with the intention of articulating substantive proposals.
