Abstract

The present paper investigates the properties of the second harmonics of monochromatic symmetrical normal waves. The analytical representations for nonharmonic distortion of normal waves with a free propagation direction in the plane of a cubic anisotropic monocrystal germanium layer have been obtained. The intensity of the second harmonics and the wave motion forms have been analyzed for nonelastic equivalent propagation directions.
