Abstract

A felnőttkori nem insulinomás pancreatogen hypoglykaemia a hyperinsulinaemiás hypoglykaemiák egyik ritka formája. A kórkép tumorszindrómák részeként fordulhat elő, illetve bariátriai sebészeti műtétek következtében alakulhat ki. A klinikai megjelenés nagyon hasonlít az insulinomához, az elkülönítő kórisme és a kezelés napjainkban is kihívást jelent. | Adult-onset non-insulinoma pancreatogenous hypoglycemia is a rare form of hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia. It can occur as part of tumor syndromes or because of bariatric surgery. The clinical presentation is like that of insulinoma, making it challenging to differentiate between the two conditions and determine appropriate treatment.
