Abstract
Reflecting on the organisation of the Cumulus Budapest 2024 conference provides a valuable opportunity to summarise efforts, distil key takeaways, and share insights gained from the process. Coordinating such a large-scale, international event required meticulous planning, adaptability, and collaboration across various organisational units of the host university, Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest. It also required close collaboration with the Cumulus Association and the leadership of a large team across institutions. Sharing details of the submission, review, and organisation process; examining participant feedback; summarising what worked well; identifying areas for improvement; and listing practical recommendations for future conference organisers aim to document and share learnings within the Cumulus network and beyond.
