Abstract

A kutatás az Európai Unióban bevezetésre kerülő fenntarthatósággal kapcsolatos vállalati jelentésekről szóló irányelv (CSRD) alkalmazása előtt, az új követelmények teljesülését vizsgálja az üvegházhatású-gázok kibocsátásában jelentős szerepet játszó, szállítmányozást végző vállalkozások publikált fenntarthatósági jelentéseiben. Három Magyarországon tevékenykedő cégcsoport fenntarthatósági jelentéseiben tartalomelemzéssel arra keressük a választ, hogy a közzétett jelentések mennyiben felelnek meg az új követelményeknek, milyen területeken számíthatnak a jelentések felhasználói többlet információkra. | The research is about the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) before using in the European Union. The research examines the fulfillment of the new requirements in the published sustainability reports of companies involved in transportation, which play a significant role in greenhouse gas emissions. Through content analysis of the sustainability reports of three corporate groups operating in Hungary, we seek to answer how much the published reports meet the new requirements and in which areas users of the reports can expect additional information. Based on the directive, we have created and evaluated business model and sustainability categories, also examining what indicators the companies publish and how these can be assigned to the disclosure requirements expected by the directive.
