Abstract

Számos szervezet számára problémát okoz a folyton változó világgal lépést tartani, ugyanakkor megbízható működést kialakítani. A tanulmány bemutatja a szervezeti tudás és tudásmenedzsment, valamint a szervezeti folyamatok és folyamatmenedzsment alapvető jellemzőit és kapcsolódó menedzsment feladatait. Ismertetésre kerülnek a kapcsolódó területek működési logikája és céljai. A cikk célja, hogy bemutassa a tudás- és folyamatmenedzsment közötti hasonlóságokat, értelmezze és összekapcsolja a meghatározó koncepciókat, és ezzel növelje azok teljeskörűségét. | Many organisations are challenged to keep up with the ever-changing world while at the same time establishing reliable operations. This paper describes the basic characteristics of organisational knowledge and knowledge management, as well as organisational processes and process management, and the management tasks associated with them. The operational logic and objectives of the related areas are described. The aim of the article is to exploit the similarities between knowledge and process management to interpret and match the defining concepts, thereby enhancing their comprehensiveness.
