Abstract

A tanulmány a rövid távra lakáskiadással foglalkozó magyarországi ingatlantulajdonosok fenntarthatósági attitűdjeit és környezeti magatartását vizsgálja a „termelve fogyasztás” (prosumption) kontextusában. A kutatás célja annak feltárása, hogy a termelve fogyasztás iránti pozitív attitűdök öszszefüggésben állnak-e környezettudatosabb attitűdökkel és viselkedéssel. A kérdőíves adatfelvételsorán 112, rövid távra lakáskiadással foglalkozó hazai mikrovállalkozó került a mintába. A szerzőkklaszteranalízist alkalmaztak, amely négy jól elkülönülő csoportot azonosított a termelve fogyasztásés a rövid távra lakáskiadás iránti attitűdök alapján. Ez alapján az „Innovatívak” klasztere mind afenntarthatósági attitűdök, mind a szándékok és a tényleges környezeti magatartás terén kiemelkedett. Az eredmények statisztikailag szignifikáns kapcsolatot mutatnak a termelve fogyasztás irántinyitottság és a környezetbarát gyakorlatok között. A tanulmány elméleti szempontból hozzájárul atermelve fogyasztás és a környezettudatos magatartás kapcsolatának mélyebb vizsgálatához, gyakorlati szinten pedig alapot ad célzott szakpolitikai és platformfejlesztési beavatkozásokhoz. | This study examines the environmental behaviour of Hungarian property owners engaged in shortterm rental of accommodation in relationship to „presumption”. The aim of the research is to explore whether positive attitudes towards prosumption are associated with more environmentally conscious attitudes and behaviour. Data were obtained through a survey including 112 Hungarian micro-entrepreneurs engaged in short-term residential rental. The authors used cluster analysis, which identified four distinct groups based on attitudes toward prosumption and short-term residential rentals. Based on this, the „Innovative” cluster stood out in terms of sustainability attitudes, intentions, and actual environmental behaviour. The results show statistically significant relationship between openness to prosumption and environmentally friendly practices through short-term rental. From a theoretical perspective, the study contributes with new insights to the investigation of the relationship between productive consumption and environmentally conscious behaviour. At the practical level, it provides a basis for targeted policy and platform development interventions.
