Abstract
Automatic music generation is a process that composes a short piece of music with minimal human intervention. It has a longer history than we might think, having been researched and developed for more than 60 years. With the emergence of deep learning, the automatic generation of different content (e.g. images, texts) has become a topical goal, so it is no wonder that many works have been done on music, such as melody generation, chord generation, performance generation, vocal tone generation, etc. Deep music generation refers to the automatic generation of music by computers using deep learning network architectures.
