Abstract

A Biharnagybajomi Dózsa Agrár Zrt. konzorciumi együttműködésben VP-pályázatot nyújtott be és nyert el egy innovatív projekt megvalósítására. A projekt célja: értékláncalapon szerveződő innovatív csoport létrehozása a biomasszára alapozott fenntartható, komplex, lokális energetikai rendszerek kialakítására, megvalósítására és a megoldás elterjesztésére. A konzorciumvezető telephelyén valósult meg egy biogáz- és a bioetanolüzemet komplex rendszerként értelmező, körkörös technológiát megtestesítő energetikai optimalizálási projekt. Az innovatív fejlesztési projekt eredményeként egy olyan komplex biomassza-alapú megújulóenergia-előállító rendszert alakítottunk ki, amely a rendszer teljes normál kapacitásának kihasználása esetén külső hálózati energiát (villamos és gáz) nem használ fel, és amelynek kimeneti oldalán elektromos energia, etanol és magas energiasűrűségű pellet jelentkezik főtermékként. A projekt megvalósítása különös jelentőséggel bír, mert a megvalósítása alatt bekövetkezett geopolitikai változások miatt megnőtt a hazai erőforrásokra alapozott energia-előállítás jelentősége, így a biomassza-alapú energia-előállítás is magasabb prioritást élvez a hazai energiamixben. A projekt kidolgozásában és megvalósításában a Nyíregyházi Egyetem Műszaki és Agrártudományi Intézetének munkatársai is részt vettek. Kulcsszavak: körkörös mezőgazdaság, komplex rendszer, lokális rendszer, megújuló energia, biomassza-melléktermék hasznosítása, biomassza-hulladék hasznosítása ABSTRACT Dózsa Agrár Zrt. of Biharnagybajom submitted and won a VP tender for the implementation of an innovative project in consortium cooperation. The aim of the project is to create an innovative group organized on the basis of a value chain for the development and implementation of sustainable, complex, local energy systems based on biomass and the dissemination of the solution. An energetic optimization project embodying circular technology interpreting the biogas and bioethanol plant as a complex system was implemented at the site of the consortium leader. As a result of the innovative development project, we created a complex biomass-based renewable energy production system that does not use external network energy (electricity and gas) when the system's full normal capacity is used, and on whose output side electric energy, ethanol and high energy density pellets appear as the main products. The implementation of the project is of particular importance, because due to the geopolitical changes that occurred during its implementation, the importance of energy production based on domestic resources has increased, so biomass-based energy production also enjoys a higher priority in the domestic energy mix. The staff of the Institute of Technical and Agricultural Sciences of Nyíregyháza University also participated in the development and implementation of the project.
