Abstract

Írásom a prém-és szőrmeipar jogi szabályozását hivatott bemutatni a fenntartható állatvédelem tükrében. A vizsgált problematika fókuszában az Európai Unió térsége áll. A tanulmány azon hipotézist tekinti kiindulópontnak, amely szerint a fenntarthatóság jogi, társadalmi, gazdasági és környezetvédelmi aspektusai kapcsán felszínre kerülő dilemmák számos esetben összefüggésükben értelmezendők. E gondolatmenetet alapul véve, a szőrmeipar szabályozását az állatvédelmi joganyag, az uniós és a nemzeti társadalmi fenntarthatóság kérdése, valamint a gazdasági érdekek fényében vizsgálom, kitérve a környezetvédelmi kapcsolódási pontokra is. | My study aims to present the legal regulation of the fur industry in the light of sustainable animal welfare. The focus of the problematic is the regulation of the European Union. The study takes as its starting point the hypothesis that the dilemmas that arise in relation to the legal, social, economic and environmental aspects of sustainability are in many cases interrelated. Based on this line of thinking, I will examine the regulation of the fur industry in the light of animal welfare legislation, EU and national social sustainability issues and economic interests, including the environmental interface.
