Abstract
This article presents a conceptual framework for air force logistics capability, defined as the integrated, flexible capacity to align logistics resources and performance processes to sustain capability and availability. Drawing on systems theory and the evolution of military logistics, it identifies two interdependent dimensions: logistic resources and performance processes. This framework provides a foundational methodology for quantitative assessment and enhancement of air force logistic capabilities.
