Abstract

A karate technikák rendszerét számos kiváló írás dolgozta már fel, elsősorban a technikai rendszer mozgáskészletére koncentrálva, vagy e mozgáskészlet egy-egy elemét vizsgálva, mint első kezes ütés – kizami tsuki (Camomilla és mtsai, 2020), hátsó kezes ütés – gyaku tsuki (Venketraman és Nasiravanka, 2019), köríves rúgás – mawashi geri (Camomilla és mtsai, 2009). Ebben a cikkben a rendszer elemeit szisztematikus rendben, egymással összefüggésben szeretnénk meghatározni, ezzel párhuzamosan pedig célkitűzésünk volt az elemek mögötti biomechanikai törvényszerűségek összefoglalása, a rendszer elem-csoportjainak vizsgálatával, mely alapot teremt további mérések elvégzésére. | The systemisation of karate techniques has already been elaborated by many excellent writings focusing primarily on the movement set of the technical system or examining one element of this movement set, such as the short punch – kizami tsuki (Camomilla et al, 2020), the reverse punch – gyaku tsuki (Venketraman & Nasiriavanaki, 2019), the roundhouse kick – mawashi geri (Sbriccoli et al, 2009). In this article, we would like to define the elements of the system in a systematic order and in relation to each other, and at the same time, we aimed to summarize the biomechanical laws behind the elements by examining the element groups of the system, which creates a basis for further measurements.
