Abstract

The paper generalizes the classical Sakiadis problem for non-Newtonian power law fluids. Applying similarity method the governing partial differential equations are transformed to one ordinary differential equation. The resulting boundary value problem is solved by Chebyshev spectral collocation on a truncated domain. The effect of the power-law exponent on the numerical solutions is investigated.
