Abstract
A tanulmány a termelő vállalatok, szolgáltatók és sportszerve-zetek vezetési, működési különbségeit vizsgálja, kiemelve a ter-melést, élménymenedzsmentet és fenntarthatóságot. A kutatás különös figyelmet fordít az európai csapatsportok fenntartható üzleti modelljeire és vezetői kompetenciák összehasonlítására. The study examines the management and operational differences between manufacturing companies, service providers, and sports organizations, highlighting production, experience management, and sustainability. The research pays special attention to the sustainable business models of European team sports and the comparison of managerial competencies.
