Abstract

Egy vállalat működésében elengedhetetlen a folyamatszemléletű gondolkodás és a már meglévő folyamatok rendszeres felülvizsgálata és fejlesztése. Az esettanulmányban egy multinacionális élelmiszer-kiskereskedő vállalat terméklistázási folyamatának fejlesztése valósul meg, amelynek keretét a DMAIC ciklus adja. A folyamatábrák segítségével megismerhető a folyamat összes érintettje és feladataik, az 5W1H módszer jól használható eszköz a problémák mélyebb áttekintésére. A fejlesztési projekt végén nem változott meg a folyamat alaplogikája, hanem a támogató eszközök hiányára születtek megoldási javaslatok standardizált és rendszeres riportok felépítésével. This case study focuses on the improvement of the product listing process of a multinational retailer company, using the DMAIC cycle as a framework. The flowcharts help to identify all the stakeholders and their tasks, the 5W1H method is a useful tool for a deeper insight into the problems.
