Abstract

A körforgásos gazdaság (circular economy, CE) koncepciója egyre fontosabb szerepet kap a fenntartható és az ökoturizmusban is. Tanulmányunk a körforgásos gazdaság alkalmazhatóságát vizsgálja két eltérő jellegű magyarországi turisztikai helyszínen: a székesfehérvári Sóstó Látogatóközpontban és a sarudi Élményfaluban. A kutatás célja annak feltárása, hogy a vizsgált helyszínek miként alkalmazzák a körforgásos gazdaság elemeit Módszertanunk a helyszíni megfigyeléseken és az online tartalmak elemzésén alapult, a szakirodalom elemzésével. Az eredmények alapján a Sóstó Látogatóközpont kiemelkedően hozzájárul a környezeti neveléshez és látogatói tudatosság növeléséhez, míg a sarudi Élményfalu főként a hulladékcsökkentésre és a helyi közösség bevonására összpontosít. | The concept of the circular economy (CE) is becoming increasingly important in sustainable and ecotourism. Our study investigates the applicability of the circular economy in two different types of tourism sites in Hungary: the Sóstó Visitor Centre in Székesfehérvár and the Experience Village in Sarud. The aim of the research is to explore how the sites in question apply elements of the circular economy Our methodology was based on field observations and online content analysis, with an analysis of the literature. The results show that the Sóstó Visitor Centre makes an outstanding contribution to environmental education and visitor awareness, while the Sarud Experience Village focuses mainly on waste reduction and local community involvement.
