Abstract

Cél: A szexuális motivációjú emberölések hazai vizsgálata nem örvend túl nagy népszerűségnek, aminek oka vélhetően az, hogy prevalenciája igen alacsony, így stabil, kvantitatív alapokon nyugvó következtetéseket nehéz megfogalmazni a jelenséggel kapcsolatban. Ennek ellenére a nemzetközi szakirodalomban szép számmal találkozunk olyan empirikus beszámolókkal, amelyek nemcsak magát a bűncselekményt, hanem a szexuális emberölés elkövetőit tanulmányozzák. Ennek eredményeképp, az évek során több olyan tipológia is született, amely a szexuális emberölés elkövetőit klasszifikálja. Jelen tanulmány célja egyrészt ezeknek az elkövetői tipológiáknak és típusoknak a bemutatása, másrészt saját, doktori kutatásom eredményei alapján meghatározott és differenciált elkövetői típusok ismertetése. Módszertan: Részben szakirodalmi feldolgozás alapján mutatom be a külföldi elkövetői tipológiákat, míg az általam megalkotott elkövetői típusok bemutatása során az elvégzett, kvalitatív módszertanon alapuló kutatást prezentálom. A kutatásban a 2000 és 2023 között elkövetett szexuális motivációjú emberöléseket és azok elkövetőit vizsgáltam, összesen 23 fő elkövető bevonásával. A vizsgálat aktakutatáson alapult, a feldolgozott eljárási dokumentációkat pedig tartalomelemzésnek vetettem alá.Eredmény: A kutatás során három különböző elkövetői típust sikerült azonosítani a hazai mintán. A differencia alapja részben a primer motivációban, részben az elkövetési magatartásban érhető nyomon. A differenciák alapján elkülönített három elkövetői típus a megtorló-reaktív (N = 7), a szexuális-proaktív (N = 13) és a nekrofil-antiszociális (N = 3) típusok.Következtetés: Noha a szexuális motivációjú emberölések előfordulási gyakorisága Magyarországon is alacsony (a vizsgált 23 év alatt mindössze 24 ilyen jellegű bűncselekményt rögzítettek), empirikus vizsgálata szükséges. A kutatás során bebizonyosodott, hogy a kis mintaelemszám ellenére is meg lehet ragadni azokat a karakterisztikákat, amelyeket szem előtt tartva különbséget lehet tenni az egyes szexuálisemberölés-bűncselekmények és elkövetői típusok között. A kapott eredmények pedig nemcsak a tudományos gondolkodásban újszerűek, hanem a gyakorlatban is jól alkalmazhatók, különösképpen a bűnügyi profilalkotás terén. | Aim: The examination of sexually motivated homicides is not a very popular topic in Hungary, probably because its very low prevalence, making it difficult to draw stable, quantitative conclusions about the phenomenon. Nevertheless, in the international literature, we find a large number of empirical reports that study not only the crime itself, but also the offenders of sexual homicides. As a result, over the years, several typologies have been created that classify perpetrators of sexual homicides. The aim of this study is to present these offender typologies and types, and to describe the offender types determined and differentiated based on the results of my own PhD research. Methodology: I present the typologies of foreign perpetrators partly on the basis of a review of the literature, while in presenting the perpetrator types I have created, I present the research I have conducted using a qualitative methodology. In the research, I examined sexually motivated homicides committed between 2000 and 2023 and their perpetrators, involving a total number of 23 perpetrators. The study was based on archival research, and the processed procedural documents were subjected to content analysis. Value: During the research, three different types of perpetrators were identified in the Hungarian sample. The basis of the difference can be traced partly in the primary motivation and partly in the perpetration behaviour. The three types of perpetrators identified based on the differences are the retaliatory-reactive (N = 7), the sexual-proactive (N = 13), and the necrophilicantisocial (N = 3) offender types. Conclusion: Although the prevalance of sexually motivated homicides is low in Hungary (only 24 sexual homicides were recorded between 2000 and 2023), its empirical investigation is necessary. The empirical research showed that despite the small sample size, it is possible to identify characteristics that can be used to distinguish between different types of homicide crimes and their perpetrators. The results obtained are not only novel in scientific thinking, but also well applicable in practice, especially in the field of criminal profiling.
