Abstract
2025. július 1-jétől sor került a „távmeghallgatás” bevezetésére az adóigazgatási eljárásban is. Az új jogintézmény hivatalos elnevezése: elektronikus hírközlő hálózat útján történő meghallgatás.Jelen tanulmányban bemutatom a bevezetés előzményeit más eljárásjogi területeken és ismertetem az adóigazgatási eljárás vonatkozó szabályait. | From July 1, 2025, “remote hearing” was introduced into the tax administration procedure. The official name of the new legal institution is: hearing via electronic communications network. In this study, I present the antecedents of the introduction in other areas of procedural law and describe the relevant rules of the tax administration procedure.
